Independence Day

The lads officially had the day off today with the only scheduled activity being a July 4th Cook out at Casa Carderelli in Manchester, CT. After getting up early the group used the spare time before they went to the party to get a circuit session in at the Hotel gym. This was a pretty intense work-out and the players all seemed focused on making the most of their free time. Personally I think the team deserved their bit of craic this evening as they all pushed themselves very hard despite it being their day off.
